First Meeting

During our initial meeting, we will engage with the clients to gain insights into their products and services, market positioning, unique selling points, and target demographic. Furthermore, we will explore whether the clients have prior experience attending exhibitions in the United States, delving into their past experiences, expectations, needs, and financial considerations for participating in trade shows. This input will empower us to support our clients effectively in maximizing the advantages of their exhibition participation.


Research

After finalizing the initial consultation, our next step will be to carry out market research to pinpoint suitable exhibitions that resonate with the clients' objectives and target audience. This process may entail analyzing industry trends, competitor involvement, and visitor profiles to guarantee that the chosen exhibitions are well-suited for our clients. Following this, clients will indicate their preferences by choosing the exhibitions they wish to partake in from the provided list. Afterwards, we will engage with clients through email or phone conversations to delve into the practicality and expenses associated with participating in these selected single or multiple exhibitions.

Participation

Upon identifying the exhibitions, we will manage various tasks associated with exhibition participation. This may involve registering for the exhibitions, organizing exhibition schedules such as making flight reservations, renting cars, booking hotels, etc. When supporting companies in joining trade exhibitions, our primary responsibility is to serve as their representatives to engage with potential clients during the event. We will carry the client company's or factory's catalog and business cards to enhance visibility at the exhibition and establish important connections with prospective customers. At the conclusion of each day's exhibition, we will furnish our clients with reports on the event, which will be combined with the collected business cards into a folder and dispatched to our client post-exhibition.


Fee for Service

We offer a wide range of services to help clients take part in exhibitions in the United States. The costs involved will be clearly outlined in the partnership agreement. Our pricing system is transparent and simple, covering essential expenses such as exhibition registration, transportation, and accommodation. Clients must make upfront payments to cover these costs based on the initial invoice. Apart from these expenses, the exhibition service fee accounts for the dedicated time and expertise our team provides to assist clients during the exhibition. This fee is usually calculated per hour or day, depending on the specific requirements of the client.
